Terms and Conditions
Payment
The payment, by bank transfer, is done in advance and validates the registration. A copy of the transaction must be sent to the school upon registration. The net price must be received by the school. All bank charges are to be paid by the payer.
Cancellation and refund
To cancel your registration, you must send a cancellation request by email at least 1 week before the beginning of the course. Any course started is due in full and, in case of early departure, no refund can be given, whatever the reason.
In case of cancellation with one week’s notice, a refund will be made by bank transfer (any bank charges will be charged to the student). The refund will be made within approximately 4 weeks. A processing fee of 80 € will be charged. In case of cancellation by the school, the full tuition fee will be refunded.
Absence - delay
No refunds or substitutions will be given if the student arrives late to class or misses classes for any reason. In case of absence due to serious illness or hospitalization of more than 5 days, the student must immediately inform the school and send a medical certificate within 2 days. The student will then be reimbursed.
